Gluten free diets have become all the rage the past few years. Here is a great article on gluten sensitivity. One of the reasons suggested for the rise in gluten sensitive people is the genetic altering of wheat to contain more protein. Gluten is a protein. Perhaps the chemical companies should actually care about what they are doing to people's bodies with their GMO food.
