I thought I would share my menu for the week. If there is any particular recipe you would like me to share let me know and I will put up the recipe when I make it!
Sunday: Grilled grass fed steak with grilled organic corn on the cob and grilled organic potatoes
Monday: Grass Fed hamburger's with grilled organic onions and mushrooms and a side salad
Tuesday: Indian Split Pea Soup (vegetarian)
Wednesday: Taco Salad
Thursday: Lentil Ginger Coconut Soup (vegetarian)
Friday: Green Bean, Walnut, Chicken Salad
Saturday: Fresh Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Marinara Sauce with Pasta and on the side marinated beets.
