Kale Chips or Roasted Kale (vegan, gluten free naturally)

I wanted to put this picture in here for a quick update on the girls. They are getting big! The accountant and I are positive we have two roosters possibly three. Anyone want a free rooster?

 Kale Chips:
Ingredients:
 1 bunch of organic kale
organic extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
Sea salt or Himalayan sea salt
 Directions:
Turn oven on to 350 degrees, preheat
Place Kale in bite size pieces on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Remove the hard core or stem.
 Drizzle with Olive oil and sea salt. Bake in oven 10-15 minutes until edges just barely begin to turn light brown. Remove from oven. Kale should be crispy.
This is Olivia's favorite treat!
Olivia decided her babies needed feeding while mommy was cooking.!
